Syda has over 25 years of practical experience co-creating solutions with Black and Brown youth, families, and organizations in Chicago. She carries an M.A. in Community Development & Social Justice and is a Bahá'í, wife, mother, Colombian/Honduran, breast cancer survivor, and a fiercely kind human being.
